How do I pay?
Once a year, by bank transfer. You pick your plan in your dashboard, and we show our bank details with a reference to put on the transfer. Your account stays active while the transfer arrives, so you never lose a day of rentals. No credit card, no direct debit, no renewal behind your back.
What if Kennach isn't right for me?
You get a full refund within 30 days of paying, with no questions asked. You keep access to your data.
How long does it take to get started?
A few minutes. Your website exists as soon as you sign up, at your-agency.kennach.com. Add your cars, your prices and your legal details: it's all done on screen, no technician needed.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Kennach runs in the browser, on a computer, tablet or phone. The vehicle check, photos and the customer's signature are done right there in the car park, on a phone.
Is my data protected?
Yes. Each agency has its own space, reachable only from its own address: no other agency can see your customers, your cars or your figures. That separation is checked automatically with every update to the software.
Which GPS tracker do I need?
Any tracker or service that can send the car's position. You're not tied to any supplier.
Can I carry on the numbering from my paper contract book?
Yes. Enter the number of the next contract, and Kennach carries on from there, with no gaps or duplicates.
My customers speak Arabic or English?
Your website and your software come in French, Arabic and English. In Arabic, the whole page reads right to left, as it should.
